At Bear Ridge Paintball, we’re proud to be part of the Pickens County community! Whether you’re looking for an action-packed weekend or a fun outing with friends and family, we’ve got something for everyone.
Our recreation park offers a variety of exciting options including:
• Woodsball for that immersive, tactical experience
• Pallet fields for close-quarter strategy
• Air field for fast-paced matches
And for the younger players, we offer Gellyball – a safe, fun, and low-impact game perfect for kids!
We provide rental markers and gear, so all you need to bring is your sense of adventure. Come out and experience the thrill of the game in a friendly, welcoming environment.

ABOUT BEAR RIDGE
Bear Ridge Paintball was founded in 2023 by native Pickens County resident Joshua Stanley. The goal being simple: Bring Paintball Back to Georgia.
And so, a long-time dream came true; and it all started with a front-yard astroturf field solely for competitive-level paintball players. Only 2 months into the field opening, growth moved us to the Sheriff’s JeepFest location, where we started running 1-2 fields every weekend for practices. Once again, growth brought the birth of a tournament series at our location: NGXL (North Georgia XBall League). Towards the end of the inaugural season, Bear Ridge grew again with the start of Bear Ridge GellyBall. With the interest now growing with the youth of the community we quickly decided the next right move for us would to be to create a youth league. The series future is our up-and-coming players. We are now running 3+ fields each weekend!
At Bear Ridge, we are primarily geared toward competitive paintball. Players come to build and sharpen their skills from all ages, shapes, and sizes. We host players from beginner-level all the way to semi-pro paintballers.
Whether you've been wanting to get back in the game, are a disable and/or retired vet, are young and interested in our youth league, are a mom looking for an all-girls team to connect with, or you just heard of paintball, and it sounds kind of cool... Bear Ridge Paintball has something to offer.
WHAT IS Jeepfest?
Sheriffs JeepFest was started by Sheriff Donnie Craig and the Pickens Sheriff’s Office. JeepFest is an annual event that draws in over 2,000 Jeeps to ride the trails and obstacle course, while raising funds for the kids in the community in multiple ways!
RENTALS
We have .50 cal rental markers available for play!
In addition to our multiple airball fields, we are proud to announce we have our Recreation Park open across the road! Pallets, spools, drums, woods, and more! We are up and running, and we offer lower impact paintball guns available for rental, along with our GellyBall fields! We offer group rates for parties & get togethers!
